“For me, being a mother made me a better professional, because coming home every night to my girls reminded me what I was working for. And being a professional made me a better mother, because by pursuing my dreams, I was modeling for my girls how to pursue their dreams.”

Michelle Obama

After giving birth, a woman usually finds herself in a vacuum. Especially during the first months, when taking care of a baby requires all her time and energy. Taking care of herself, keeping social connections, staying active besides being a mother become very tough. It is important for a woman to preserve herself and keep developing while performing mother duties. To keep a balance in all activities is a real challenge for a new mother.

Smart Mama is a 2 cycles of short trainings on mother sustainable development.

Sustainable Development Goals is a UNO designed program promoting active actions in order to provide a decent life for everybody today, which will not deny the possibilities of such life for future generations. Open training Smart Mama introduces socially important and personally essential topics of sustainable development, psychology of children-parents relationships and notions of diversity and inclusion to women who became mothers.

The training will be held in Lviv. Baby sitters will be invited there to take care after children in the adjusting premices.

We are confident that a woman with a small child needs additional help in order to implement her natural desire to develop. And we are ready to help.
